Jake Pastel Memorial Video

Click on the link below to view the memorial video. The hardest video I have ever had to make and the most important.
The video is aproximately 16 minutes long but in my opinion worth every second. I believe it succeeds in seeing the many sides of Jake. For those with slow internet connections you may also right click and save the file to your computer. Otherwise be patient. I hope you all can enjoy at least a part of what Jake was to all of us.

Dan,
Thank you so much for posting that amazing video. I wish we could have made it down there and I feel bad that we didn't. Our hearts are with you and we hope to get down there soon and see everyone and give you a great big hug! XOXO Joanne and Tony DeGarimore

That was beautiful. I knew Jake in high school and all I can say is that time is in the eye of the beholder. Meaning that everyone perceives their own time in life based on the fullness of their experiences. From my experience with Jake, he always lived each moment to its fullest potential. In that he lived a fuller life than most people who live a longer one. He will truly be missed and his tenacity and positive attitude throughout such difficult times should be adopted as a model for all to follow

Making that loving video was probably the second hardest thing you have had to do lately, your strength is admirable. Per your advice, you need to know how much you and your family mean to us. Hopefully, we will share a cup of coffee soon....B and P
